Attorney Profiles

Allen specializes in real estate, family law, litigation and business and corporate law. He has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as commercial lease negotiation. Allen counsels clients in the emotional and legal battles involved in divorce, adoption, custody, prenuptial agreements, child support, and paternity. He utilizes his expertise in breach of contract cases, business disputes, real estate litigation, injunctions and mechanics' liens. Allen represents numerous small business owners, in the formation of their companies, buying and selling of their businesses, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts and non-compete agreements.  Allen is legal counsel to the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce.  He also has given presentations to the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.

Allen received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts Radio/TV Broadcasting from Michigan State University, his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School and was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp.
